Return Policy


As our customer you deserve the best product at the best possible prices and in order to do this for you we must have a strict return policy primarily for your protection and cost effective purchases. You the customer are entitled to receive your order in a timely manner and in good condition. In an effort to accomplish this we reserve the right to choose a carrier that will perform for you and deliver the order as soon as possible. After the product leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for weather delays, transportation delays, back orders, labor disputes or Acts of God that may affect the shipment. If an item is back ordered, we will ship the available products and will ship the back ordered product as soon as it becomes available as long as the cost is $10.00 or more. If your order qualifies for free shipping then we will pay for the shipping costs. If this back order is subject to a long delay we will contact you to determine if we should cancel the back order.

Since most of our items are food items we cannot accept any returns or exchanges (there are exceptions) and we hope you understand this policy since it is completely for your protection. In addition, we do not send out any products that have been returned to us (no, not even samples) to eliminate the risk of someone having tampered with the product.

The product that we send you ALWAYS will be in its original package and has never been touched or opened by anyone. Our 38 years experience in food and nutrition has made us particularly sensitive to the subject of sanitation and cleanliness as applies to foodstuffs and if you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to call us.

Our products are stored in optimum conditions to keep them safe and fresh and we employ a product rotation system to insure you receive the freshest product possible.

When the product leaves our office the shipping company is then responsible for the product and its condition upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for product or damages due to climactic conditions so if you live in a warm climate you may want to schedule delivery at your office or at a neighbor where the product can be stored in a friendly environment until you can take delivery.

Exceptions

We will accept returns of product if the error was ours. As an example: If you ordered a box of X bars and we sent you a box of Y bars then we will exchange the product or you may cancel the order for only the product sent in error and return the product at our cost in good and unused condition for a full refund.

Product Returns

You must first contact us to verify the return status of the order, make arrangements for return shipping and obtain a return authorization number before returning any item. Failure to follow this procedure will severely hamper the return process.
