Please remember UPS does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses. Shipping and Handling fee of $8.50 will be added to orders up to $78.99. Orders of more than $79 will be shipped free via UPS Ground. Free shipping is restricted to shipments made within the Continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other locations will be charged actual shipping charges for USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We believe our clients have the right and should expect that any purchase should be received in good condition and in a timely manner. We will make every attempt to provide you with your order in a timely manner and have consequently selected UPS Ground as our choice for shipping, because we think UPS Ground is the most dependable and cost efficient method of shipping. We are not responsible for delays that occur by Acts of God, or other matters out of our control such as back ordered inventory, severe weather delays, or transportation problems. We are proud of our shipping record. Currently, we complete and ship 99% of our orders by the next business day. We will ship according to the type of shipping that you select, such as UPS Ground or the client may select 2-Day Air and various other options depending upon destination. UPS does not count weekends and holidays, when they calculate the number of days to deliver a package from pick up date.

UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS
Please be careful, there are no credits or discounts given if you pick the wrong shipment method -- we will ship according to what you select. All of our fresh products are shipped in perfect condition. We do not ship melted or crushed products. UPS is responsible for what happens to the products after they leave our warehouse. We are not responsible for which service you pick and/or if the items are damaged from climate conditions. You will need to make your claim through UPS.

During the summer months we are not responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack as well as possible to prevent products from being damaged, however, once your order leaves our warehouse the weather is out of our control.

HOLIDAYS AND SHIPPING
UPS does not deliver or ship on major holidays like Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. We will also be closed on those days so our employees may celebrate the holidays with their families. Please plan accordingly when you place your order and when you are deciding to ship UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air. Please remember UPS does not count holidays as business days.

WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED
Our clients may return any wrong items in exchange for correct items that we mistakenly send that is our error when we filled the order, or our clients may cancel their order for those specific wrong items and get a refund. In order to receive correct items or credit for items canceled, first contact us via phone or email and advise us of the incorrect items that you received. Then, we will send the client a return UPS shipping label so they may return the wrong items to us at our cost, in good and unused condition. Our clients may return the wrong items in exchange of the items that were on their original order. Items that may be returned would have been damaged or faulty due to no fault of the purchaser. Shipment of the replacement items would be at no additional cost to the client (this does not cover melted products -- see above paragraph).

SHIPPING DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS
During the hot months please have the order delivered where it may be brought in from the heat into the house or place of business. If you are not sure someone will be home, you can write in the comments sections when you are checking out "signature required". We will mark your shipment "signature required". If no one is available to sign for the shipment, you may have to go to the UPS Warehouse to pick up your shipment. If the weather is bad or if the UPS Driver is concerned about theft, the UPS driver has discretion to not leave your package if there is no one there to receive it, even if you didn't select "signature required". This is not a client option, it is a UPS Policy.

HOT WEATHER TIPS
During summer months we are NOT responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack as well as possible to prevent melting, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control. No returns or credits on protein bars or any chocolate product because package contents have been left on your porch or outside in the heat. If your order contained bars with coatings that have been in the heat - unpack carton contents, and without touching or handling the individual bars, place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition, they may suffer some cosmetic changes but they will still be delicious.

SHIPPING TIMETABLE
From Mableton, Georgia All orders received after 6 a.m. are shipped the next business day. For example: If you ordered on Friday (after 6 a.m.), Saturday or Sunday, we would ship on Monday (unless it is a Holiday).
